Our leadership development work begins with diagnosing our clients’ culture and values. Using a combination of qualitative interviews supported by analytics from Barrett Values Centre, we can build an accurate picture of our client’s current organisational culture. This helps inform which developmental interventions are required, for whom and with what goals in mind.
For clients who already have a clear understanding of their culture, we can move straight to developing a coaching or mentoring plan, depending on the needs of the executive or team and the specific goals for development.
Our team are qualified practitioners of Barrett Values Centre tools and analytics. Using Barrett tools, we support clients to diagnose organisational culture by implementing an inclusive survey that seeks the views of the entire workforce, whilst simultaneously carrying out qualitative interviews to achieve an accurate and wholistic understanding of the current and desired culture.
The results from the survey and our independent interviews enable us to develop a comprehensive picture of the organisational culture. Whilst completely confidential, results can be dissected by any number of variables including department, gender, age, length of service and ethnicity. This provides powerful insights to support accurate decision making when it comes to big-ticket strategic decisions.

Once we’ve built a clear and accurate picture of the organisation’s culture, the next stage is culture optimisation. Transforming a culture doesn’t happen overnight, nor is it an easy process. It requires authentic commitment, broad consensus support from leadership and ideally the help of a qualified culture coach.
