UK for Good's Annual 'Business for Good Festival' 2023
On 2nd February, Rob McKay and Joe Onions spoke at the annual 'Business for Good Festival' at the headquarters of Sykes Cottages in Chester, organised by UK for Good. A coming together of BCorps, charities and a diverse range of purposeful businesses, the conference was a showcase of thought leadership on the subject of sustainable business.
Speaking about the importance of 'Values Leadership', Rob shared insights of Sherrington's work helping embed cultures of sustainable leadership through recruiting and developing senior managers. Using the Barrett Values Centre seven-levels model as a framework to illustrate how values are the very foundation of sustainable leadership, guests were given an overview of the model and invited to explore their own personal values during a series of interactive workshops, hosted by Joe.
